Resolved Question: Suny albany or cortland chances?

So I am a senior living in new york, I have been accepted to suny oswego and plattsburgh. These are good schools but I still haven't heard back from albany or cortland and would like to see what people think. Stats GPA - 2.81 Sat reading - 520 math - 530 I did student council and model UN i got good recommendations, solid essay and have a brother attending Albany if it makes a difference. i also sent 1st quarter grades which were all A's. so what u think???...
