Resolved Question: how to get a job in corporate retailing?

Hi. I just graduated school and got a bachelors degree in Business Management. I have had a business head my whole life and have been buying and selling things on the internet for a profit since I was 18. I realize this is the field that I want to work in for the rest of my life. Can someone give me advice on how to get my foot in the door?
