So im a senior in HS and really screwed up during my four years. I have had many family issues which I explain in my essays but I am still so scared i wont be getting accepeted anywhere. My gpa is a 2.1, weighted 2.7 My sat score is 1270/2400 ((i know that is absolutley horrible)) math 390. reading 450, writing 430 i have many many extra curriculars i have over 5 clubs on my resume, at least 4 community services + leader of a community service organization which deals with special needs children. I have worked more then 5 jobs throughout my high school career i wrote a killer essay + i have really good recommondations I REALLY WANT TO GO AWAY TO SCHOOL. I DO NOT WANT TO STAY HOME AT COMMUNITY COLLEGE. i plan to go away to school so i can focus mainly on my school work and not family issues (which were holding me back in the past) i really would love to go to a school that has everything, gret accademics, beautiful campus, all around "college" feel, ra ra school...things like that i understand my grades hold me back so im open to many suggestions! heres a list of schools im thinking of applying to: University of Rhode Island University of New Hampshire West virginia university hartford indiana university York college of pa University of Bloomsburg University of Bridgport Ohio university Towson Suny oneonta Suny oswego Suny Albany Suny Delhi Suny potsdam Suny fredonia Suny brockport Suny buffalo Suny plattsburgh Tampa University Florida International University Florida Atlantic University i know that a lot but i want to apply to as many i can i live in NY so im planning to apply to many SUNYS can anyone recommend any colleges that may fit my criteria? do i stand a chance with any of these schools?
